Hannah graduated from Stanford University with a BA in English. She was extremely involved with the Catholic Community at Stanford, serving as the Catholic Leadership Team president in her senior year, as well as Stanford Students for Life, serving as president in her junior and senior years. Her favorite memories from college include reading Dante, studying abroad in Madrid, and social dance.
While there were many attractive aspects of DVUSA, what drew Hannah most was the prospect of a year of service enriched by Dominican spirituality. As a DV, she serves at Immaculate Conception Academy in San Francisco, CA, helping to coordinate campus ministry. She also chaperones students for the Corporate Work Study Program, tutors in math, and assists with the school's free and reduced lunch program. Hannah shares community with the Dominican Sisters of Mission San Jose at Immaculate Conception Priory.
